In a nutshell

Managing the environment, facilities and services at airports, military bases, heliports and other airfields - including the safe arrival, turnaround and departure of aircraft.

What you'd do

Plan and allocate staff across operational shifts
Monitor live operations and intervene when delays arise
Lead team briefings and handovers between shifts
Review safety reports and implement corrective actions
