In a nutshell

Managing all non-clinical aspects of a dental surgery, leading the practice team and achieving excellent patient care and cost efficiency.

What you'd do

Oversee day-to-day running of the practice and the reception team
Ensure compliance with CQC, GDC, and NHS contractual obligations
Manage staff rotas, annual leave, and performance reviews
Monitor income, expenditure, and NHS UDA targets
Handle patient complaints formally and resolve them promptly
Lead infection control audits and update policies as needed
Recruit and induct new clinical and administrative staff
