In a nutshell

Installing and maintaining gas appliances in a domestic or non-domestic setting, advising customers on how appliances work and how to use energy more efficiently.

What you'd do

Install gas appliances including boilers and hobs safely
Service boilers and carry out annual safety checks
Diagnose and repair faults on gas heating systems
Test pipework and carry out tightness tests
Analyse combustion performance and adjust appliances
Issue gas safety certificates and complete documentation
Respond to gas emergency call-outs safely
