What you'd do
Respond to maintenance requests and carry out fault diagnosis in properties
Complete minor plumbing repairs including fixing leaks and replacing components
Carry out basic electrical repairs such as replacing fittings and switches safely
Repair and adjust doors, windows, locks, and joinery in residential properties
Paint and decorate internal and external areas to a good finish
Log completed jobs and report any issues requiring specialist trade input
Carry out planned maintenance checks and report on property condition
