What you'd do

Receive, inspect, and assess the quality of fresh fish deliveries
Fillet, gut, and portion fish to customer requirements
Prepare shellfish, dressed crab, and smoked products
Advise customers on species, cooking, and sustainability
Dress and maintain a hygienic, attractive seafood counter
Manage stock rotation and minimise waste
Process sales and maintain food hygiene records
