In a nutshell

Supervising staff and activities within hospitality businesses including bars, cafes, conference centres, restaurants and hotels.

What you'd do

Supervise team members during busy shifts and service periods
Brief staff on daily specials, promotions, and service priorities
Handle customer queries, complaints, and special requests
Monitor service standards and give on-the-spot coaching
Support manager with opening, closing, and cash-up procedures
Ensure food safety and allergen procedures are followed
