In a nutshell

Primarily responsible for the administrative support in the creation and sustainment of successful tenancies and leaseholds in both social and private housing sectors.

What you'd do

Answer customer queries about tenancies, rent, and repairs
Log repair requests and liaise with maintenance teams
Update and maintain housing management system records
Assist with processing new tenancy applications and sign-ups
Support rent arrears chasing with letters and calls
Prepare information packs for incoming tenants
Carry out administrative tasks for the housing team
