In a nutshell

Using machinery to spin natural and synthetic material into yarns and fabrics.

What you'd do

Set up and operate textile machinery following correct procedures
Monitor production output and check quality against specifications
Identify and report defects or machinery faults promptly
Replace yarns, bobbins, or materials as needed during production
Carry out routine cleaning and basic maintenance on equipment
Keep accurate production records and report output to supervisors
Follow health and safety procedures including noise and dust controls
