What you'd do
Conduct pre-flight safety checks and cabin readiness inspections

Serve food, beverages and retail products during flight
Monitor passenger well-being and respond to medical incidents
Manage difficult passenger behaviour calmly and safely
Carry out emergency and evacuation drills as required
