What you'd do

Consult with senior leaders to diagnose performance gaps and learning needs
Design blended learning programmes including digital, face-to-face, and on-the-job elements
Commission and manage external training suppliers and learning platforms
Facilitate workshops and leadership development programmes
Evaluate the business impact of L&D interventions using agreed metrics
Produce L&D strategy documents and present recommendations to leadership
Coach individuals and teams through change and development challenges
