What you'd do

Lead a production team across shift operations in a process plant
Monitor production performance against output, quality, and safety targets
Drive and facilitate continuous improvement projects on the production floor
Conduct team briefings, shift handovers, and performance conversations
Investigate incidents, near-misses, and quality non-conformances
Plan resource and allocate tasks to cover shift requirements effectively
