In a nutshell
Carry out a range of laboratory and scientific tests to support the diagnosis and treatment of disease.
What you'd do
Receive, sort and prepare patient samples for analysis
Operate automated analysers and interpret results
Perform manual techniques such as microscopy and cell counting
