In a nutshell

Conduct routine inspections, maintenance tasks and minor planned and responsive repair works to buildings and structures at height.

What you'd do

Access tall structures safely using ropes and specialist equipment
Inspect chimneys, spires, and towers for defects
Carry out repointing, capping, and brickwork repairs at height
Install or test lightning protection systems on tall structures
Erect and dismantle steeplejack-specific access equipment
Complete site records and report defects to supervisors
Follow risk assessments and method statements for every job
