In a nutshell

What you'd do

Assess subfloors and carry out moisture readings
Prepare and level subfloors for wood floor installation
Acclimatise and prepare timber flooring products
Lay wood floors by gluing, floating, or nailing
Cut and fit around skirtings, doorways, and obstacles
Sand and finish floors to the required specification
Install trims, stair nosings, and transition strips
